    What do I need to do to receive a reward from Scotiabank?

    To receive a reward you must complete an investments review conversation with a Scotiabank Investment Specialist. The Investment Specialist will then provide you with a Special Offer Code and Reward Code which is needed to access the redemption site. A valid email address is required in order to receive the E-Promo Card or E-Gift Card.

    What if my letter and/or email received from Scotiabank is addressed to multiple people within my household? Are we all eligible for a reward?

    If multiple customers are addressed, only the first customer who completes the investment review is eligible.

    How do I select which reward type I would like to receive?

    Please visit www.scotiabank.com/reviewreward and enter your Special Offer Code and Reward Code to access the site. You will be asked to select your reward type and then be asked to provide your contact information which is required to deliver your E-Promo Card or E-Gift Card by email.

    What is the deadline to complete the Scotiabank investment review in order to receive a reward?

    You must have an investment review with an Investment Specialist of Scotia Securities Inc., a registered mutual fund dealer, member of the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada, and an affiliate of The Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotiabank) and receive a Reward Code from them before the offer expiry date located on your offer letter and/or email from Scotiabank.

    Yes, Ultimate Dining E-Promo Cards expires 90 days from date of issuance. The expiry date is clearly identified on the E-Promo Card.

    Do the Cineplex, Sobey’s Multi-banner Grocery, Chapters and Coles or Esso and Mobil E-Gift Cards expire?

    No, the Cineplex, Indigo, Chapters and Coles, Sobey’s Multi-banner Grocery or Esso and Mobil E-Gift Cards do not expire.

    Where could I use an Indigo Chapters Coles E-Gift Card?

    An Indigo Chapters Coles E-Gift Card may be redeemed for merchandise at any Indigo, Chapters, or Coles, or online at indigo.ca.

    Where could I use a Sobeys Multi-banner Grocery e-gift card?

    The Sobey’s Multi-banner Grocery E-Gift Card can be used at the banner locations shown on the card across Canada.

    Where can I use the Esso and Mobil E-Gift Card?

    Digital Esso and Mobil Gift Cards are redeemable at participating Esso and Mobil-branded retail stations in Canada. Simply present the E-Gift Card to the cashier at the time of payment either on your mobile device or a printed version.     Why is my email address required to receive an E-Promo or E-Gift Card?

    Your email is required to send the E-Promo or E-Gift Card by email. Your email address will only be used for the purpose of fulfillment and administration of this offer. You will not receive any other solicited or non-solicited emails from Scotiabank unless you consent to further communication.

    Is this offer open to residents outside of Canada?

    No, you be must be a legal resident of Canada.

    Can the Indigo Chapters Coles E-Gift Card, the Ultimate Dining E-Promo Card, Sobeys Multi-banner Grocery e-gift card , or Esso and Mobil E-Gift Card be exchanged for another offer, physical gift card or cash?
